Steps to Change Your Profile Picture in Windows 10
Open Settings
Press Windows key + I → select Accounts.
Go to Your Info
In the left panel, click Your info.
Choose a New Picture
Under Create your picture:
Click Browse for one to select an image from your computer.
Or click Camera to take a new picture.
Confirm Change
The new picture will appear immediately and also show on the Start menu, lock screen, and other account areas.
Extra Notes
If you use a Microsoft Account, the new profile picture will sync across all Windows 10 devices where you log in.
For a Local Account, it only updates on that computer.
Recommended image format: .jpg or .png, square-shaped for best fit.
