Surah Maryam
Surah Maryam is the 19th chapter of the Holy Quran. The title in English is “Mary”. This surah was revealed in Mecca. Surah Maryam is located in Juz’ 16 in the Quran. It contains 98 ayah, 6 ruku, and 1 sajdah.
Surah Maryam is related to Hazrat Maryam Bint Imran, she is the only woman named in the Holy Quran about 70 times and identified as the greatest woman ever, who gives birth to Hazrat Isa.
Surah Maryam is about the birth of Hazrat Isa and the story of Prophet Zakariyah, the father of Hazrat Yahya. Surah Maryam has a lot of benefits.
