As per the exact translation – ” O ‘Qaiser’ someone has come to stitch my cloths, but when he saw me, he didn’t find the end of my cloths (wearing)”
However what actually he meant was –
“O ‘Qaiser’ someone has come to heal my pain, but when he tries to heal it, he can’t as my pain was infinite and intense like a deep sea which can’t be healed.”
